We were engaged in sale of all kinds of metal products, starting from armature and heat processed sheet up to a stainless steel. Clients of the Company were the enterprises of building, power and machine-building complexes.

Taking into account an increasing demand for the zinced steel and products of its processing, the decision on specialization on this segment of the market was accepted.

With a view of the further development of business and increase of its efficiency in June 1999 we opened own manufacture on processing the zinced steel in Domodedovo town . As a result in 1999 the total volume of production from the zinced steel has increased up to 12 thousand tons.

By present time the company has turned to the original holding uniting the large wholesale supplier of metal products, the manufacturer of products from the zinced steel and the ramified marketing network including own trade enterprises and long-term contracts with more than 40 shops of building materials. The total volume of produced zinced steel and with a polymeric covering in 2002 has made 43 thousand tons, and in 2003 - more than 60 thousand tons.

For last years firm " Steelinvest " has got reputation with a clients as the diligent partner strictly observing terms of delivery and providing high quality of made production. The company aspires to support and strengthen the positive image and consequently very carefully approaches to a choice of suppliers of the zinced steel.

For manufacturing production our Company uses only high-quality materials - the zinced steel of manufacture of Open Society " Severstal " (thickness of a zinc covering from 18 up to 40 microns) and the zinced steel with a polymeric covering (polyester) of Open Society " NLMK ", and also steel with a polymeric covering of leading foreign manufacturers-Ruukki, Thyssen Krupp Stahl AG, Corus, Arcelor, etc.

To achieve high volumes of processing the presence of own industrial base allows. It is located 14 kms from MKAD in Domodedovo town of the Moscow area, near to a federal line "Don" and station Domodedovo of the Moscow railway. All buildings and constructions, and also railway impasse in the extent of 216 meters, are in the property of the company. Two branch lines pass on territory of base, there is a convenient entrance for motor transport. Existing capacities are designed for lumpsum storage and processing of 5-7 thousand tons of the zinced steel, manufacture and warehouses are equipped with modern crane facilities.

With a view of expansion of the nomenclature of let out production and increase in floor spaces in year of 2004 the construction of new shop with the total area more than 7 thousand square meters is finished in Domodedovo town. The project of shop is developed in view of modern requirements of the manufacture organization, a labour safety, ecology, etc. The Shop is equipped with a gas main of high and low pressure, gas infra-red radiators for heating in a cold season, the external storm water drain, fire-prevention system. The adjoining territory is well-equiped. Modern means of the communications - multichannel phone are carried out on the basis of the fibre-optical communication line, e-mail, the Internet. All technological process - from shipment of steel from combines before holiday of production to the consumer is computerized. Construction of new shop and installation of the additional equipment has allowed to increase monthly volume of purchases of the zinced steel and steel with a polymeric covering up to 10 thousand tons. Warehouse will allow to store up to 15 thousand tons of metal products. The newest import and domestic equipment established in constructed shop has allowed our Company to increase since May, 2004 the amount of let out structures up to 10 (with height of a structure from 8 up to 114 mm), to begin releasing of the metal tile, three kinds of a siding, folded roof and achieve leading positions among the Russian companies - manufacturers of profiled and roof-front materials

All equipment used by manufacture of products from steel zinced and with a polymeric covering, is in the property of our company and is made on leading enterprises of Finland, Germany and Russia.

We were the general supplier at a construction of the Wholesale - retail shopping center " Moscow " largest in Europe located in Ljublinskaya area of capital, with total trading area more than 150 thousand square meters. The roof, facades, an internal covering of walls are made of ours profile, partitions and ceilings. At the organization of deliveries to this object for profile manufacturing the zinced steel with a polymeric covering (plastysol) manufactures of the Great Britain and Germany was used for the first time.

We save up wide experience of participation in realization of large state and regional programs. In the summer of 2001 company " Steelinvest " has shipped complete sets of roofing materials under the order of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of the Russian Federation within the framework of the Federal program of restoration of Lensk injured of flooding. Complete sets from profile C21 and additional elements, allowed builders quickly without waste products to mount a roof that was especially important in conditions of deadlines of restoration of Lensk, the Russian Federations established by the President. The company participates also in deliveries on large commercial construction: a trading complex "Crocus - city" (up to 45 thousand square meters of the trading areas), Expocentre " Crocus Expo ", Seaport in Saint Petersburg, reconstruction of Moscow beer - nonalcoholic combine " Ochkovo ", a film studio "Mosfilm", the Sport center "Olympiyskiy" in Chehov town in the Moscow area, the airport to Anadyr, a complex of storage and processing of nuclear waste products in Nahodka and many others.

Company " Steelinvest " has acted in June, 2001 one of initiators of creation of National Association of Manufacturers of the Steel Bent Structures. The structure of participants of Association includes the majority of the consumers largest in Russia and traeting the zinced steel.

In May, 2004 company " Steelinvest " has been accepted in members of the Russian association of metal and steel traders (RAMST).

In a rating of the authoritative metallurgical edition " Metal supply and selling " on results of 2004 company " Steelinvest " has taken 2 place in section " Products of the further repartition ".

Our strategy of development is directed on maintenance of all branches of a national economy with a full spectrum of production, made of steel zinced and steel with a polymeric covering.
